Pickling spice is for more than making delicious home-made pickles. Use with brine to pickle tough meets over night. Next day rinse, pat dry and slow roast the meat for hours.
Our recipe includes, Mediterranean Bay Leaves, Bold Coriander, Allspice, Cinnamon, Tellicherry Peppercorn, Dill Seed, Cloves, Star Anise, Juniper Berries, Mace, Yellow Mustard Seed, Brown Mustard Seed, Ginger and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes.
We mix our own picking spice recipe by hand in small batches for best flavor.
