Nepalese Cuisine

Nepalese cuisine is less spicy than other South Asian foods, leaning more to the sour/savory end of the spectrum. Many recipes are made with simple ingredients—incorporating spices but allowing the flavors of the foods to shine through—and tend to be rice based. Most recipes can be made on the stovetop.
