Chicken Tikka Burma Spice Style

2 tablespoons of Wellness Curry- Body
Red onions finely chopped
1/4 a cup of tomato paste or half a cup of finely diced ripe tomatoes
Half a cup of coconut milk 
2 Boneless and skinless chicken breast diced into bite-sized pieces

Getting Started: Chicken Tikka Recipe

  1. Sauteé the onions in 2 tablespoons of oil (or ghee if available) until they are sightly golden. Add salt so the onions release their moisture and cook faster.
  2. Add the chopped tomatoes or tomato paste. Turn down the heat and cook the tomatoes with the onions until they reduce into a purée.
  3. Add the chicken, cover and let it cook on a low flame. After it has cooked for a minute, add the coconut milk and 2 tablespoons of Wellness Curry- Body, cover and let it simmer for 10 minutes or until fully cooked.
  4. Serve with fresh coriander for garnish and enjoy!
