Getting Started

  1. Toast the curry powder in a dry frying pan and toast over medium heat until the spices realease their aromas.
  2. Pour the oil over the pan and remove it from the heat.
  3. Stir and pour it in a glass container leave overnight to settle or for 24 hours for a stronger flavor.
  4. Strain the oil through a muslin cloth and pour the strained oil slowly into an airtight container. It will keep for 2 to 3 weeks.
